This past year has been quite the journey. I went from being a
personal trainer with over 11 years of science based and applicable knowledge,
but for some reason failed to produce the results I was working towards, (Top

Picture) After some results, but still not what I wanted for my body, I finally
decided to ditch cardiovascular training, revamp my diet to remove all gluten
and processed foods, and focus exclusively on body weight and kettle bell
exercises. (Bottom Picture) I am thrilled that after years of training I discovered
exactly what works for my body.
I am an avid athlete,
and also a long-time obstacle race participant who enjoys pushing my body to
new limits.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Kean University,
and my personal training certification from the National Exercise & Sports
Trainers Association. I am also certified in CPR/AED and First Aid, as well as
Hard Style Kettle Bell certified.
I have over eleven years of training experience, which includes helping diverse
clients accomplish a myriad of fitness goals. Whether to improve your game,
sharpen skills, overcome an injury, or simply feel better about yourself, I
will create a customized fitness plan for success. My training sessions are built
on realistic goals that motivate you for positive outcomes.
My knowledge and encouragement help unlock the hidden potential within each of
you. Through personalized fitness programs, which include body weight stability
and mobility training, core strengthening, and real strength through kettle
bells and barbells. My clients remain on the path to success. I work to develop
the lifelong skills necessary to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
